President al-Assad accepts credentials of Pakistan’s new ambassador
President Bashar al-Assad received on Sunday the newly-appointed Pakistani Ambassador to Syria Rashed Kamal and accepted his credentials.
President al-Assad exchanged talks with the ambassador and wished him success in his missions.
Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign and Expatriates Minister Walid al-Moallem and Minister of Presidential Affairs Mansour Azzam attended the ceremony of accepting the credentials.
The ambassador was received and seen off at al-Shaab Palace in the usual ceremonies.
