Locals of Halko neighborhood in Qamishli city staged a protest stand in rejection of QSD militia suppressive practices which aim at tightening the noose on the citizens, besieging their neighborhoods and preventing the entry of foodstuffs to them and transferring of critically ill patients, which exacerbate the humanitarian situation in the neighborhood.
